Take or choose a current photo of all the bags

Choose an existing photo from Gallery or Photos, or use the camera if your phone offers it. The photo must clearly show every full bin bag. It is previewed only on this device. When the share menu opens, choose WhatsApp and the KiloCash chat. For contactless collection, include where the bags will be left.

Confirm before booking

I confirm every bin bag is full, securely closed and safe to lift. I confirm every bag contains only items KiloCash accepts, with no rejected items inside.

For contactless collection, the bags must be in an agreed area on your private property—not on a pavement or in a shared public area.

How would you like to receive payment?

Cash or bank transfer is available when you meet the collector.

Bank transfer: after your booking is confirmed, we will request only the account-holder name, sort code and account number in the WhatsApp conversation when payment is needed. Never send a card number, PIN, CVV, password or security code.

On your phone, choose WhatsApp from the share menu, select the KiloCash chat, then press send. The selected photo and booking text will be shared together when your browser supports photo sharing. Checking later? Message “booking status” from the same WhatsApp number. Our secure assistant asks for your KC booking reference and full collection postcode before saying pending, confirmed or not confirmed. It will never ask for a card number, PIN, password or one-time security code.
