Items we cannot buy
- Wet, dirty, mouldy, ripped or heavily stained items
- Underwear, socks, bedding, towels or curtains
- Single or heavily worn shoes and damaged bags
- Cultural or traditional clothing
- Hard toys, books, suitcases and household goods
Pack them properly
Full bags make collection easier.
Use full bin bags, close them securely and keep them safe to lift. We need a current photo that clearly shows every bag before confirming the booking.
Each bag must contain accepted items only. The final payout is based on the weight of accepted items checked at collection.
