How much do you pay?
We pay 40p per kilogram for accepted items. A full 10kg bag is roughly £4, but your payment depends on the accepted weight measured on approved scales at collection.
What is the minimum number of bags?
In Rochdale, the minimum is six full bin bags. Outside Rochdale, it is six full bags plus one extra full bag per mile from Rochdale. We confirm the distance and required total from your postcode.
Is collection free?
Yes. There is no collection charge when the confirmed bag minimum and item requirements are met.
What items can I include?
Clean, wearable everyday clothing, paired wearable shoes, usable handbags and clean reusable soft toys. Please check the full accepted items page before packing.
Can you collect if I am not home?
Yes, if we agree to a contactless collection. Bags must be in a safe location on your private property, with your permission and clear access instructions.
How should I pack the bags?
Use full, securely closed bin bags containing accepted items only. Take a current photo showing all the bags before submitting your request.
How do I get paid?
For attended collections, cash or bank transfer may be available. For contactless collections, bank transfer or a sealed cash envelope through the letterbox may be available. We confirm the method before collection.
When will you collect?
Collection slots vary by route. Send your postcode and preferred day and we will confirm the next available appointment.
